Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher at Mozaika:

• Teaching subjects according to the state curriculum, taking into account students’ individual needs.
• Preparing and conducting individual and group lessons.
• Maintaining mandatory documentation in accordance with the school’s standards and requirements.
• Assessing students’ knowledge levels and adjusting the learning process based on results.
• Participating in the preparation and organization of school events, celebrations, and projects.
• Collaborating with other teachers and specialists to ensure comprehensive student development.
• Providing parents with recommendations to support learning at home.

Requirements:

• A conscious choice to work with children with developmental differences.
• Knowledge of modern methods of working with children with special educational needs.
• Systematic approach, persistence, determination, responsibility, punctuality.
• Positive thinking, energy.
• Ability to find an individual approach to children with diverse needs.
• Experience working with children with SEN or a willingness to gain such experience.
• Ability to work in a team and show initiative.
• Readiness for self-development and learning new methods.
