Hello, I’m Aruzhan Galymkyzy!
I am an adaptive physical education coach and a swimming coach.
I’m 24 years old and graduated from the Academy of Sports and Tourism. I hold a higher education degree and certified AFK coaching certificates.
I have been working at Mozaika School since 2021.

What strengths do you need in your work?
Patience and emotional resilience
— Children with developmental differences require more time to adapt and learn, so it’s important to stay calm in any situation.
Observational skills and communication
— Not only with children, but also with their parents and colleagues.
Creativity
— The ability to find playful and unconventional approaches to make lessons interesting and effective.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
What I enjoy most is seeing positive progress in children — when they become more confident, active, learn new movements, and start enjoying the lessons. It’s especially rewarding to watch how physical activity helps them socialize better, open up emotionally, and build trust. This gives a deep sense of fulfillment and purpose to my work.
What are the main challenges for a young specialist in this role?
Challenges in selecting methods and adapting exercises — it takes time to learn how to quickly and accurately adjust programs to each child’s individual needs.
Emotional burnout — the work requires great dedication and inner strength, so it’s important for young specialists to learn how to manage their energy and take care of themselves.
Would you recommend Mozaika to young specialists?
Absolutely. I recommend young specialists to work in the field of adaptive physical education. Despite certain challenges related to lack of experience and the need to adapt methods to each child’s individual needs, this field provides unique opportunities for professional and personal growth.
